Existing soil will need to be rotivated, and if necessary improved by the addition of a layer of screened loam topsoil. Once time has been taken to ensure the area is completely level, then a high quality turf is laid carefully to ensure the stripes run in pristine straight lines.
Claims of high quality turf far outstrip its supply, but with over 25 years’ experience we know a thing or two, and have cultivated excellent relationships with select growers who we consider to consistently provide the best quality product. Typical seed mixtures contain various cultivars of slender creeping red fescue, perennial ryegrass, and smooth stalked meadow grass.
