Detailed Quotations for Landscape Gardening Projects

When you first contact Surrey Landscape Services you will speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable admin staff who will direct your call to the appropriate contracts manager in charge of our landscape gardening services. Where necessary, this manager and a site foreman may visit your property in order to conduct a full survey of the job and discuss, in detail, your requirements and creative aspirations.

Our team are also able to help and advise you with both of these areas if needs be. We will then provide you with a detailed quote which will set out exactly what services we intend to provide for a set price (which will include VAT). We pride ourselves on thinking ahead and anticipating any additional work which may be required, in order to minimize the dreaded hidden extras renowned in the building trade!

Our quotes for any area of Landscape Gardening can also include costs that you may incur but will not be provided by Surrey Landscape Services (for example, the costs of a Council Inspection regarding tree roots). Planning and Building Regulations for Garden Landscaping

For larger projects involving landscape gardening, or where necessary for local building and planning regulations, we will also bring on board our in-house architect, who can draw up the detailed plans or basic sketches. These can be used to apply for an initial consultation with your local planning officer so that the project can be approved in principle - avoiding incurring large costs only to find the project is untenable.

We can help and advise you throughout this process. We have dealt with many Planning Officers in and around the Surrey area and have a good relationship with a great deal of them. In particularly complex or sensitive planning applications, we also have an in-house planning consultant, who we can bring on board.
